It's simply the best location for a base in Zomboid in my opinion. I've known some good bases but this one is on top of my list by far. First of all, it's isolated enough to avoid being bothered by zombies after a day or two of clearing the nearby woods, yet it's reachable with a vehicle since an asphalt road leads to it. It’s just south east of that intersection and has a bunch of good places to raid next door - metalworking factory, mechanic, and electrical for example. Whole area is pretty sealed off with high fences and only has a few entrances.The one with the blue interior right across the street from cortman medical. Other than that, the Rusty Rifle is a classic or the warehouse north of town with the roof access for water barrels and farming.
