So 30-40 Vit, 15-20 End, min Str/Skl for the weapons you want to use and then pump Arc. 50 Arc is ok, 70 is hitting a lot of Arc softcaps but 99 is where it's at - some tools scale better in those last 20 points. Cruel Fate as your starting build.Cleaver has higher base damage, and so performs better at the start, but Spear has better scaling.
