Used Higdon novice 1 for a half in May 2022. At the beginning of my training cycle my stats were- 29:57 5k, 59:58 10k, 2:05 HM. At the peak of the HM plan I was running about 25 mpw, and prior to starting the marathon training I was logging about 20 mpw.
