This should (hopefully) prevent folks from just sticking the gun in a pocket, loose. The pocket holster will do two things: it will keep the trigger covered and protected, and it will keep the gun oriented correctly in your pocket.There's probably a little carbon build-up around the tiny fiddly bits. I'd get it dripping wet with some gun cleaning oil and dry fire it a few times to see if that clears it up. Then obviously remove as much of that oil as possible. Use one of those duster cans to blow the oil out of the tiny crevices. 1.The LCP is a little hard at first but it shouldn't be anything like that difficult. I'd say have a gunsmith check it out or contact Ruger. I have an LCP and while it was stiff it was not even as hard to work the slide as my SR9 was.
