How to reset oil alarm on suzuki outboard

One of the engines suddenly developed a series single beep buzz with no warning light flashing yesterday. The engine was running smoothly, no sight of over heating or lacking of oil. The single beep sound happened constantly when the ignition key was at "ON" position with either engine running or not running.

To reset the alarm on a Mercury outboard engine, first locate the test/reset button on the control panel. Press and hold this button for 3-5 seconds. The alarm should now be reset and you can start your engine. Locate the Mercury Outboard’s electrical panel.
