Matador arms mat9

LRBHO not working on Mat9 upper paired with Mat9 lower. I just got the Mat9 upper to go with a Mat9 lower and with an empty Glock magazine inserted when I rack the bolt it doesn't stay locked back. Any ideas why? u/MatadorDave.
