Here is a reason to not use nicotine while on Kratom despite the fact that it does indeed feel better. Nicotine severely shortens the effects of kratom by over half. If you normally feel Kratom for 4 hours, when you use nicotine it will only be 2 hours. Reply reply.Reds are considered the best for pain, though individual experiences may vary.
