Spectrum is my fav national ISP out there. No data caps, great tech support, decent rates. When I worked at a Managed Service Provider, I dealt with most of the major ISPs in the country. Charter/Spectrum is leaps and bounds ahead of the rest with service and support ; and (so far, knock on wood) no data caps.
