I'm currently on .50 split into 2 doses. I find that splitting it made side effects (mostly constipation, some nausea) much more tolerable. It's time for me to increase my dosage (finding again that the last 2 days I'm getting more hungry, glucose level is a tad elevated from when I first started), I'm going to try .75 instead of going to 1 mg.
