The OBW does come with an All Terrain tire. It may not be an aggressive tire but it is an AT tire and are good for some level of off roading. I had an Ascent and went from “street” tires to the same G015s that are on my OBW. On the Ascent the hit to my mileage for going with the G015s was only about 1 mpg.
