Why is max not working

Mine started this with Max. Checked all the setting they are running, my internet is on with strong connection, other apps work, games work, I can get to the other streaming networks on the PS5 using Apple TV. I can’t get Max to work and it tells looking at users it tells ne the server connections timed out. Sigh
